Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay. We only take payment once your order has been shipped.

If you decide to use a third-party payment method, you’ll be taken to another website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within two weeks of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via our Contact Page, we may be able to cancel your order, but we cannot guarantee this. In your message, use the subject line "Cancel Order #[your order number]" to allow us to see your request easier. 

When will my order arrive?

After your order has been placed, your order will ship in 2-5 business days (unless a faster shipping method is selected) and, with standard shipping, your order will arrive in 1-3 business days after that. 

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to the United States and APO/FPO locations around the world.

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. We do offer exchanges. Before you order, make sure you check our size chart to prevent the need for returns or exchanges.

How do I return an item?

Please submit a return request using our returns management page at https://www.koldhavn.com/a/returns. If approved, we will send you a return label that you can use to ship the item(s) back to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

How long does it take to return an item?

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within one week after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several more days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Recall that our standard return window is 30 days.

Our products are unisex and come in the following sizes.

SMALL

50" in total width (there will be some overlap) and 30" in length
Women's size 0 - 10 
Men's waist 28 in - 34 in

 

MEDIUM/LARGE

58" in total width (there will be some overlap) and 30" in length
Women's size 12 - 18
Men's waist 35 in - 42 in

About KoldHavn

When did KoldHavn start?

KoldHavn started in 2010, when we traveled to Sweden and discovered the inspiration for our products. Since our founding, we have sold several thousand products at pop-up stores and now on our own website. You can find more on our story on our About Us page.
