Shipping:

Unless otherwise noted, orders will ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. 

Returns:

You are welcome to return anything purchased from Koldhavn within 30 days of receiving your purchase, with special exceptions (below). You must pay for shipping for returns. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To return or exchange international orders (outside the 48 Continental United States), shipping costs and duties must be covered by the customer for both the returned/exchanged and new items, unless otherwise noted.

Items marked "final sale" or purchased during a sitewide "final sale" are not eligible for returns. Please make sure you review sizing before purchasing.
